We are looking for an SEO Lead who knows how to turn visibility into velocity. Someone who can design systems that bring users in through intent, nurture them through experience, and turn discovery into revenue. You understand that SEO today is not about keywords but about connection. You see how product, content, and data converge to create compounding growth. You know how to make an algorithm work in your favor and when to rely on human curiosity instead. You will • Build and own the global SEO strategy across technical, content, and product layers • Identify high intent opportunities that drive signups, activations, and paid conversions • Create scalable content frameworks that support a PLG motion • Partner with product and engineering to optimize structure, speed, and visibility • Track and communicate metrics that matter including organic signups, conversion rates, revenue, and ROI You bring • Experience growing SaaS or PLG products through organic acquisition • Deep understanding of keyword economics and user intent • Fluency in technical SEO, analytics, and performance tracking • Curiosity for AI, AEO, and generative search innovations • The ability to translate data into clear strategic action You are not chasing clicks.
