The Role: Full-time Physics Teacher with the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities within the Science Department. Lead the development and implementation of the Physics curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all students. Mentor and support junior staff members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the Science Department. Deliver outstanding Physics lessons, fostering a passion for the subject among students. Commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to departmental leadership. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Physics or a related field. Significant experience teaching Physics at all key stages. Demonstrated leadership experience and a strong understanding of departmental management. Right to work in the UK.
