Your Mission as a Quality Inspector As a QC Inspector, your mission is to safeguard the integrity and compliance of every aspect of the Roads & Bridges construction process. You will be the critical checkpoint between the plans and their execution — ensuring that materials, workmanship, and outcomes align strictly with project specifications and quality standards. You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Quality Inspector Conduct visual inspections of materials, equipment, and ongoing construction work to ensure compliance with project specifications. Inspect raw materials, components, and finished construction elements for conformity with quality standards. Perform on-site testing using appropriate tools and equipment. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to maintain consistent standards throughout the project. Maintain coprehensive documentation of inspections, tests, and any deviations or non-conformities. Report findings to project managers and support follow-up actions for quality assurance. Support continuous improvement in construction quality and safety practices. Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Quality Inspector Minimum age: 30 years. Educational requirement: Intermediate education plus 3-year DAE in a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in roads and bridges construction inspection. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and industry quality standards. Skilled in using construction testing and measuring tools. Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Basic conversational English is required for site communication and reporting.
