Corporate Services Manager

About the position

This role sits at the heart of Raya's operations—ensuring that our people, facilities, suppliers, and services are supported by smart purchasing strategies, strong vendor partnerships, and disciplined cost control . You'll own critical budgets, manage diverse service providers, and ensure that everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. What you'll be doing Develop, lead, and execute corporate purchasing and procurement strategies Build and manage strategic partnerships with profitable and reliable suppliers Oversee contract review, testing, implementation, and risk management Track and report procurement and corporate services KPIs to reduce costs and improve efficiency Eliminate waste and unnecessary spend to streamline processes and speed up delivery Manage G&A budgets, departmental procurement expenses, and cost forecasting Oversee office equipment, supplies, furnishings, and inventory across all facilities Manage transportation services and ensure service providers meet quality and safety standards Lead and control all service provider and tenant contracts Support and execute corporate projects such as office moves, expansions, and internal events What were looking for 7+ years of experience as a Procurement or Corporate Services Manager 5+ years of management experience Strong negotiation, communication, and financial management skills Proven ability to control budgets, manage vendors, and mitigate contractual risk Fluent in Arabic with advanced English Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field A forward-thinking, customer-centric leader who balances structure with agility What you'll get Ownership of high-impact operational and procurement functions Direct influence over cost efficiency and service quality across the business Exposure to cross-functional leadership and enterprise-wide initiatives A role where execution, accountability, and smart decision-making truly matter
