Regional Director – Southeast Asia Location: Ho Chi Minh City or Tây Ninh Province, Vietnam Salary: CN¥350,000 – CN¥450,000 per year (Approx. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and manage regional office teams , ensuring operational excellence. Drive customer acquisition and retention , focusing on major fashion brands. Collaborate with product development teams for customized solutions . Maintain strong relationships with garment factories and key stakeholders. Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives and ensure service quality. Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and payment recovery . Conduct monthly sales performance reviews and strategic planning. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree or above. Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese. Experience: Minimum 5 years in the fashion accessories industry (zippers, buttons, trims). Proven success in managing large accounts and leading sales teams. Skills: Market development, negotiation, relationship management, crisis handling, team leadership. Knowledge: Brand promotion, customer relationship management, market research, and garment accessory trends. Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, professional image, and adaptability.
