Light Industrial Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and motivated Light Industrial Associates to support daily warehouse and production operations in Lafayette, Georgia. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast- paced environment. Associates will assist with material handling, packaging, production support, and general warehouse duties to ensure efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform general labor tasks including packaging, sorting, labeling, and palletizing products Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished goods Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures Support production and distribution teams as needed to meet daily goals Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet established standards Qualifications: Previous warehouse, production, or light industrial experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependable attendance and punctuality Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or overtime as needed Work Environment: Warehouse/production facility Climate may vary (hot/cold) Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
