Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner. Maintain maintenance logs and report on activities. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with the installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
