Technical Analyst

About the position

Job brief We are seeking a Technical Analyst to join our exciting team. The ideal candidate will provide support and maintain our production systems and applications. Responsibilities Provide 24/7 support of the unit’s specialty to ensure continuous availability of the organization's services to its internal and external clients. Provide support for ABMs, communications equipment, servers, desktops, laptops and all other Technology equipment. Allow viewing of video camera footage. Support the production platforms by timely resolution of normal application/system problems including conducting problem determination, ownership, root cause, research and selection of solutions (seeking support from other staff and/or the vendor as appropriate). Implement changes based on client and customer readiness as well as systems readiness in accordance with established change management processes. Adhere to ITIL standards, practices, processes and procedures. Despite change, maintain confidentiality, availability and integrity of all systems and data as per best practice. Meet deadlines and provide acceptable service levels in conjunction with changing priorities.
