Key Responsibilities Mobility Support: Assist Dutch-speaking drivers with navigation systems, in-car connectivity, and roadside assistance coordination. Product Support: Handle inquiries regarding electric vehicle (EV) charging and smart-mobility applications. Customer Relations: Maintain high satisfaction levels through professional and efficient multi-channel communication. Candidate Profile Native or C2 Dutch speaker. Must hold an EU Passport or valid Greek work authorization. A professional interest in automotive technology and digital innovation. Strong communication skills and a "Solution-First" mindset. Relocation & Perks Relocation Package: Flight to Greece and 4 weeks of hotel accommodation provided. Total Flexibility: Work on-site in Athens or remotely from within the country.
