Use data-driven assessment methods to monitor progress and provide feedback. Contribute to the department’s curriculum development and extracurricular activities. Maintain high expectations for student behaviour, achievement, and engagement. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student learning and progress. Requirements: Qualified English Teacher with the ability to teach up to KS5. Holds a formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE). Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching English. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
