Customer Support Specialist (German Speaking) based Bulgaria - Onsite

About the position

Role Overview We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international customer service team supporting end-users of a leading telecommunications service provider. In this role, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing guidance on subscriptions, billing inquiries, and basic technical troubleshooting while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Location On-site – Sofia, Bulgaria Project Start Date 19.01.202 Work Schedule Monday to Sunday Rotating shifts between 08:00 – 20:00 Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels Answer questions related to subscriptions, billing, and service usage Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting Offer clear, accurate, and customer-focused solutions Ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines Candidate Profile Native or near-native German (C2 level required) No previous customer support experience required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-site Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 4000 BGN gross/month Performance Bonus: 300 BGN gross Meal Allowance Monthly transportation allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary Bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation) for the amount of 500 BGN Medical plan: health and dental care Life insurance Multisport Card (co-financed by the employer) Discounts on various goods and services If youre ready to take the next step in your customer support career and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, wed love to hear from you.
