The appointed KS2 Teacher will plan ambitious lessons, teach a mixed-ability class and participate in phase moderation. The KS2 Teacher will start pre-term planning, attend induction and teach from January 2026 , and the school will support the KS2 Teacher with mentoring throughout January 2026 and beyond. KS2 Teacher – core accountabilities • Deliver robust, engaging KS2 lessons as the KS2 Teacher and secure strong pupil progress. • Use assessment and targeted interventions as the KS2 Teacher to close gaps. • Engage parents and colleagues as the KS2 Teacher to create consistent learning pathways. • Participate in enrichment and extra-curricular provision as the KS2 Teacher . KS2 Teacher – person specification • QTS and demonstrable KS2 experience as a KS2 Teacher . • The ideal KS2 Teacher is creative, data-aware and an excellent classroom practitioner. • A collaborative KS2 Teacher ready to work within a strong Full-Time team. Contract & start details This is a Full-Time KS2 Teacher position commencing January 2026 . The Full-Time KS2 Teacher will be supported with induction in January 2026, focused CPD and regular leadership feedback from January 2026 onwards.
