About the position
About the role We are looking for Portuguese speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for Danish-speaking customers. Responsibilities Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related questions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions and solutions Escalate complex cases when necessary Requirements Fluent in Portuguese (C1/C2 level) Good level of English (B2 or higher) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required What we offer Competitive salary package Full training provided International and multicultural work environment Career growth and development opportunitiesPlace of work
