About the position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Fuengirola , who will take full ownership of recruitment for frontline operational roles in an international setting . You will manage the end-to-end hiring process and ensure a smooth and compliant recruitment journey. This role is initially a temporary position for at least one year, with the possibility of extension. There may also be an opportunity to expand the role with Spain-related HR tasks over time. Requirements Previous recruitment experience Fluent English, written and spoken Nice to have Norwegian or another Scandinavian language Knowledge of Norwegian rules and requirements related to recruitment of non-EU citizens Selections and interviews are ongoing!
