About the position

Work model: On site Location: Athens, Greece Employment type: Full-time Responsibilities - Italian -Speaking Telecom Customer Support Jobs Handle inbound communications (calls, chats, and emails) from French-speaking telecom customers and partners. Resolve queries related to telecom services, orders, billing, technical support, and general account management. Deliver exceptional, professional, and empathetic customer service support through all channels. Use provided response templates and follow quality standards for every interaction. Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues according to process requirements. Perform ad-hoc support tasks as needed by the project and management team.
