CDL-A Local Truck Driver – Daily Home Time – $90,000+/Year Pay Range: $0.53–$0.61 CPM (activity-based pay) Estimated Annual Earnings: $90,000+ (W-2; not guaranteed) Home Time: Daily Schedule: 5-day workweek | 6th day optional Equipment: Automatic day cabs | Assigned trucks Freight: Grocery delivery (reefer) | Local routes Position Overview We are hiring experienced CDL-A local truck drivers for a dedicated grocery delivery position based in Brattleboro, VT . Drivers will operate within a 250-mile radius of Brattleboro , making deliveries to supermarkets and distribution centers throughout New England. This position offers daily home time , consistent schedules, newer equipment, and strong weekly pay. Drivers should be comfortable with multi-stop routes and providing excellent customer service. Pay & Compensation Mileage pay: $0.53–$0.61 CPM (based on experience) Average weekly miles: ~1,600 Estimated annual earnings: $90,000+ (W-2; not guaranteed) Additional Pay Includes: Daily rate: $50 per day (must work all 5 scheduled days to receive full $250) Safety training pay: $20 per hour Refused delivery pay: $22.50 per stop Layover pay: $100 per day (weather or unforeseen delays) New hire training pay: $200 per day Holiday pay: $160 per day Home Time & Schedule Daily home time Start times between 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM Scheduled days off: Sunday and Wednesday 5-day workweek Voluntary 6th day available Equipment & Freight Automatic day cab tractors (cannot be taken home) 46–53 refrigerated trailers Multi-stop routes (typically 2–3 stops per load) Approximately 15–20 stops per week Combination of no-touch and driver-assisted unload Pallet jack usage (training provided) Drivers may assist with other local accounts as needed Operating Area Local deliveries within a 250-mile radius of Brattleboro, VT Routes include New England and the Greater Boston area No NYC driving Driver Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months verifiable driving experience Must meet DOT physical and safety requirements Ability to assist with unloading at some locations Must have personal transportation to and from work Training & Orientation Paid training required Training pay: $200 per day Orientation and reporting location: Brattleboro, VT area Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Uniforms and steel-toed boots provided Paid online orientation Onsite management support Apply Today
