About the position

Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. They are continuously growing and are always keen to connect with talented CRM professionals within the iGaming industry who are passionate about player engagement, lifecycle management, and data-driven retention strategies. This is an open application covering multiple CRM roles across all levels of seniority — from mid-level and specialists to senior managers and leaders. If CRM is your strength and iGaming is your industry, we want to hear from you. Please note: This role is 100% office-based in Valencia. Remote or hybrid work is not available. What Youll Be Doing (Depending on Role & Seniority) Planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns across multiple channels Managing player journeys from onboarding to reactivation Driving retention, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV) Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Data, and VIP teams Analysing campaign performance and player behaviour Contributing to CRM strategy, innovation, and best practices What Were Looking For iGaming industry experience is essential Strong understanding of player behaviour and retention mechanics Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and ROI Experience working with CRM tools and automation platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills English (professional working proficiency) Additional languages are a plus Who Were Looking For We welcome applications from CRM professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas: CRM Operations & Campaign Management Player Lifecycle & Retention Strategies Bonus & Promotion Strategy VIP & High-Value Player CRM Multi-channel CRM (Email, Push, SMS, In-App, Onsite) CRM Platforms & Tools (e.g. Salesforce, Optimove, Braze, Smartico, Fast Track, custom CRM systems) Senior CRM Manager CRM Lead / Head of CRM VIP CRM Manager Lifecycle or Retention Manager Why Apply?
