Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Operation Officer to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal operations and be able to handle a variety of legal tasks related to our mining operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all legal operations for the company Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to company operations Conduct legal research and provide advice to management on legal issues Review and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements Monitor and track legal expenses and provide cost-effective solutions Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of the business Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law 1 - 3 years of experience with a law firm and/or in-house counsel Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with internship experience in a law firm is a plus.
