About the job: SAP Project Manager | Hybrid - Taguig Job Overview: We are currently seeking an SAP Project Manager that can take over the program and project management role and drive market development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver SAP programs and projects, e.g., rollout activities within the Asia-Pacific region, ideally being able to support the team on a business process and functional level if required. Support the acquisition of new customers and drive the development of existing clients, thereby being engaged in pre-sales activities supported by the functional and technical team. Support the regional management team to develop and implement further strategies accelerating growth in the region. Lead and coach team members in their careers. Must have one or more SAP module implementation experiences as a consultant before. Deliver business/IT transformation programs and projects by supporting the client on the business process or functional level by taking over critical project roles: Project manager Integration Lead Cut-Over Lead Data & Cleansing Lead Job requirements Required Skills and Experience: Degree in computer science, information technology, or business; master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in an SAP environment, ideally consulting, with a strong functional and/or technical background. Thorough SAP market understanding with proven pre-sales abilities founded on an extensive professional network in the region as well as solid SAP project management experience. Eloquent and fluent in English (verbal and written). Process and SAP understanding of one particular module. Analytical and problem-solving with the desire to develop your own skills and talents. Eloquent and extroverted person happy to support our sales and pre-sales cycle. Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions. Passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork. NON NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS: Candidate who has a background in consulting industry, or has consulting experience Module experience required: (SAP SDMM, SAP PM - prior exp as Functional Consultant, SAP FICO) SAP SD/MM SAP Project Manager - prior experience as a Functional Consultant SAP FICO SAP S/4 HANA No admin or technical, it should be FUNCTIONAL Additional Details: Work schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM | Monday - Friday Work Set-up: Hybrid | 1-2 days onsite (most of the time flexible) Office: BGC, Taguig
