Hybrid | Baku We're hiring a Mid-Level Social Media Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns that support student acquisition and long-term brand growth for our language school. This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience running live campaigns and is ready to take ownership of performance across the full funnel. What you'll do Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Manage budgets efficiently and track performance metrics against campaign goals Continuously test audiences, creatives, formats, and messaging to improve results Analyze key KPIs including CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives Prepare performance insights and recommend clear optimization actions What we're looking for Practical, hands-on experience with paid social advertising platforms Strong analytical and optimization-focused mindset Confidence managing campaigns end-to-end, from setup to reporting Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a hybrid environment Experience in education, e-learning, or service-based businesses is a plus
