Position: Hotel Manager / Operations Manager Location: Czech Republic Eligibility: Must hold a European Union passport (work eligibility is mandatory) We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager / Operations Manager for a hotel group in the Czech Republic . The successful candidate will be a strong, results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of enhancing hotel operations, driving guest satisfaction, and boosting the hotels reputation. This role requires someone with a commercial mindset, operational expertise, and the ability to lead teams to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Hotel Operations: Manage all daily hotel activities and ensure everything runs smoothly. Financial Management: Handle budgeting, forecasting, and ensure the hotel meets financial goals. Guest Experience: Maintain high guest satisfaction and service quality. Reputation Management: Improve guest reviews and reputation scores online. Online Positioning: Enhance the hotel's presence on OTAs and online platforms. Team Development: Lead and support hotel teams and department heads to improve performance. Strategy & Compliance: Implement strategies and ensure the hotel follows all rules and regulations. Business Growth: Help drive business development and expand the hotels market presence. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in 4 or 5-Star Hotels: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and improve hotel performance. Guest Satisfaction Focus: Experience improving guest ratings and reviews. Strategic & Practical: Ability to think strategically and manage day-to-day operations. EU Passport Required: Must have a valid European Union passport to work in the Czech Republic.
