Junior O2C Specialist – Dutch + English Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site) Salary: €1,600 EUR gross per month Welcome Bonus: €2,000 (Dutch speakers) About the Role We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team in Porto. This is an on-site role focusing on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes , accounts receivable, and general finance operations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate billing, timely collection, and smooth financial operations. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused , looking to grow their career in finance within a multinational environment. Key Responsibilities Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and O2C transactions Ensure timely and accurate invoice creation and follow-up Support month-end financial closing activities Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite preferred) Generate and analyze financial reports using MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve payment-related queries Ensure compliance with accounting and finance principles and policies Candidate Profile Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience: 6 months in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance operations (2–5 years preferred) Languages: Dutch: Fluent (spoken and written) English: Advanced (C1 Level) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Customer service-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize Proficient in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred) Benefits On-site work in Porto with a supportive finance team Welcome bonus of €2,000 for Dutch speakers Competitive salary structure Career growth and development opportunities in finance
