About the position
Responsibilities Operate a Class A flatbed truck on local routes Load, secure, tarp, and unload freight using straps, chains, binders, and tarps Ensure loads are compliant with DOT and safety regulations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Accurately complete delivery paperwork and logs (ELD, if applicable) Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally Maintain a clean driving record and follow company safety policies Requirements Valid Class A CDL Current DOT medical card Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to safely secure flatbed loads Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical job duties Strong work ethic and reliability Must be safety? oriented and punctual Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of Class A CDL driving experience Flatbed or open? deck experience Knowledge of local routesPlace of work
