Our Family Vacation Specialists work independently while being supported by an experienced leadership team, established systems, and ongoing professional development. What Youll Do Assist families with planning and booking vacation travel experiences Research and recommend family-friendly destinations, resorts, and activities Coordinate accommodations, transportation, and travel details Create customized itineraries tailored to family needs and preferences Manage reservations, documentation, and timelines Provide professional customer service before, during, and after travel Complete supplier and destination training related to family travel Communicate effectively with clients and team leadership Who This Is For This opportunity may be a great fit if you: Enjoy helping families create meaningful travel experiences Have strong communication and organizational skills Are detail-oriented and client-focused Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment Are willing to complete required training and certifications Have an interest in family travel (personal experience is helpful but not required) Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not required .
