Role Overview This position aims to reinforce the Engineering and Project team, with a strong focus on the management and evolution of virtualized desktop environments and application delivery platforms. The role is positioned within infrastructure engineering and does not include Help Desk or Field Support responsibilities. The professional will be responsible for the centralized management of virtual Windows workstations, application virtualization solutions, and associated compute resources, ensuring performance, scalability, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Centralized management of configurations, policies, and user profiles in virtualized Windows workstations Administration and operation of application virtualization platforms Management and optimization of compute resources supporting virtual desktop environments Contribution to the design, evolution, and operational stability of virtual workplace solutions Candidate Profile Strong verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within technical teams High sense of responsibility, resilience, and proactive attitude Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Availability and adaptability within project-based environments Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning Technical Knowledge & Experience Solid knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 from a device and environment management perspective Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Cloud PC Experience in managing virtual desktop infrastructures Valued additional skills include: Experience with Microsoft Intune or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions Experience with Omnissa Horizon / Workspace ONE Networking fundamentals And what does Nimber expect from you?
