SAP PAPM CONSULTANT ( Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) )

About the position

Experience Required: 4+ Years Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) Consultant with a strong background in financial performance analysis, profitability modeling, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have at least one end-to-end implementation experience in SAP PaPM or an equivalent profitability and performance management solution. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support end-to-end implementations of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze financial and operational data , identify performance drivers, and design profitability models. Develop and configure PaPM functions, models, and environments based on business requirements. Perform data modeling, validation, and integration with source systems (SAP and non-SAP). Provide insightful profitability and cost analysis to support business decision-making and improve performance management frameworks. Prepare functional and technical documentation , test scripts, and training materials. Work closely with finance, controlling, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with related systems (e.g., S/4HANA, BW, BPC). Support users during UAT, production deployment, and ongoing enhancement cycles. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Profitability and Performance Management. At least one full-cycle (E2E) implementation experience in SAP PaPM. Strong understanding of profitability analysis, cost allocation methodologies , and financial performance metrics. Experience in data modeling, ETL, and integration with financial systems.
