Maintenance Technician

About the position

Maintenance Technician What you’ll do: • Perform equipment repairs and preventive maintenance. • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. • Conduct routine inspections and recommend corrective actions. • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to uphold quality standards. • Support vendor coordination and monitor external work. • Respond to urgent equipment issues during off-hours as needed What is required: • Applicants must currently enrolled or willing to enroll in the Automated Maintenance Mechanic (AMM) program at OWATC or Bridgerland. Applicants that completed AMM program will receive priority. • Prior mechanical experience is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLC logic, and Allen Bradley software. • Ability to read schematics (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic). • Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment. • Flexible to work in varying conditions and shifts. • Reliable attendance and commitment to safety standards. • Communication skills – Oral, written, listening and great attention to detail • Demonstrated project management skills • Leading to Lean and SolidWorks experience a plus What’s in it for you: •Attractive compensation package •Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks. •Gender Pay Equality Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
