Sales / Marketing Agent (Dutch) Berlin, Germany | On-site Start dates: 31 January 2026 28 February 2026 Roles Available: Sales Specialist (Dutch) Marketing Agent (Dutch) Salary & Benefits: €2,750 gross per month Performance bonus: up to €687.50 Language bonus: €300 Job Description: This role focuses on supporting and growing advertiser relationships within the Dutch market. You will work closely with business clients, helping them improve performance, optimize campaigns, and achieve their marketing or sales objectives through digital solutions. Depending on the role, your responsibilities will include: Managing and developing existing client portfolios Identifying growth opportunities and upselling solutions Advising clients on marketing strategies and campaign optimization Building long-term relationships through consultative sales Meeting performance and quality targets You will operate in a fast-paced, international environment where communication skills and commercial mindset are key. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a strong plus) Dutch language: at least C1 level English language: B2 level or higher Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Motivation to work on-site in Berlin
