Sales Executive

About the position

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their team in the renovation industry. Key Responsibilities: Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, online enquiries, and networking. Meet clients to understand renovation needs, design preferences, budget, and timelines. Prepare and present renovation proposals, quotations, and cost estimates. Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated. Conduct site visits and measurements when required. Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients. Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships. Handle client enquiries, objections, and post-sales follow-ups. Keep up-to-date with renovation trends, materials, and market pricing. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in renovation, interior design, construction, or real estate. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand floor plans, drawings, and renovation concepts (basic level). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Comfortable with client-facing roles and flexible working hours (including weekends if needed). Proficient in MS Office / CRM systems. Possess own transport (preferred, depending on market).
