Industry: Trading Job Summary: The position is responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources and Administrative functions, ensuring effective recruitment, staff management, compensation, performance evaluation, workplace safety, and overall HR operations aligned with organizational goals. Main Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and staff orientation processes Manage employee records, ID issuance, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations Oversee compensation, benefits, allowances, and payroll coordination with banks Monitor HR costs, budget tracking, and prepare management reports Support strategic planning and annual staff evaluations Supervise administrative operations including transportation, correspondence, meetings, and internal communications Ensure workplace health and safety compliance Maintain effective communication and working relationships across the organization Key Performance Indicators: Monthly HR & Administration cost reporting Staff turnover rate Budget management and tracking Internal communication effectiveness Main Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field Proficiency in MS Office applications Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and reporting skills Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle pressure Willingness to travel when required and deliver presentations effectively
