About the position
We are looking for an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead the launch and operations of a luxury, female-focused outpatient wellness clinic in Riyadh. This role is responsible for operational excellence, team leadership, client experience, and compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-end client experience Ensure compliance with MOH, SCFHS, and NPHIES regulations Manage clinic performance, KPIs, and P&L Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams Act as the face of the clinic and manage client relationships Coordinate with HQ, marketing, and support functions Requirements: Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business, Hospitality, or related field 5+ years of experience in luxury wellness, medical spa, or outpatient clinics Strong leadership, client relations, and operational management skills English fluency required; Arabic preferred Note : Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Place of work
