About the Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Revenue Accounting to join an established airline revenue accounting function in Malta. This role is ideal for professionals with solid leadership experience in airline revenue accounting , who are ready to take on managerial responsibilities within a structured and international environment. Please note: Only candidates with proven Team Leader or Management experience in airline revenue accounting roles will be considered. Location: Malta Work Model: On-site Language Requirement: English C2 / Native Key Responsibilities Support and oversee airline revenue accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance Lead, coach, and supervise revenue accounting teams Ensure correct revenue recognition in line with airline industry standards Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics across the team Resolve complex revenue discrepancies and escalations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and controls Assist senior management with reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications & Experience Mandatory: Proven experience as a Team Leader / Manager in Airline Revenue Accounting Strong hands-on background in airline revenue accounting functions Demonstrated people management and leadership experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent English at C2 or Native level Ability to work on-site in Malta Contract & Benefits Indefinite (permanent) contract 12-month probation period Work permit & visa sponsorship provided Relocation allowance Private hospital health insurance Full entitlement to the companys employee benefits scheme Competitive salary range of €30,000 – €35,000 gross annually KPI-based bonus scheme Mobile allowance (as per local contractor package) Why Join?
