DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the host and presenter for live online games, engaging players with confidence, energy, and professionalism. Conduct game sessions in accordance with company standards, ensuring smooth flow, accuracy, and an enjoyable player experience. Maintain a polished on-camera presence, demonstrating agility, focus, and adaptability throughout each broadcast. Collaborate effectively with team members and management in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Continuously enhance presentation quality, contributing to an engaging atmosphere that encourages player retention and satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent at native level in Spanish (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience. Professional demeanor, self-discipline, and a positive attitude under all circumstances. Willingness to learn and adapt through training to meet company performance and quality standards. Confidence in performing in front of the camera and representing the company brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Availability to work in shifts - 6.30am - 3.30pm, 10am - 7pm 2.30pm - 11.30pm, 10.30pm - 7.30am.
