The Science Department has newly refurbished labs, prep rooms, and high-quality equipment. The technician team is collaborative and well supported by senior staff. The Role – What You’ll Do • Prepare materials, solutions, and equipment for practical lessons. • Maintain, clean, and store laboratory equipment safely. • Support teachers during demonstrations and practical investigations. • Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures (CLEAPSS). • Manage stock levels, ordering, and chemical inventories. • Support whole-school STEM activities and enrichment events. Person Specification Essential: Science background, lab experience, strong organisational skills. Desirable: Experience in schools, knowledge of CLEAPSS, A-Level lab support.
