Help shape how we attract talent in the U.S. We’re still early, so you won’t just execute — you’ll help build the playbook for how we attract, assess, and close talent. Care deeply about the people you bring in. You want every hire to succeed, grow, and feel proud to be part of Innovamat. What You Will Do 🚀 Own full-cycle hiring for a portfolio of U.S. roles , drive pipelines from first outreach to signed offer. Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative outreach — you are always building warm, high-quality pipelines. Partner with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like and translate business needs into strong candidate profiles. Run high-quality screenings and interviews , assessing both skills and cultural fit, and moving candidates forward with clarity and speed. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience — thoughtful, responsive, and human — that reflects Innovamat’s mission and ambition. Track and manage pipelines in our ATS , ensuring data is clean, up-to-date, and useful for decision-making and forecasting. Strengthen Innovamat’s employer brand in the U.S. , helping tell our story through job posts, messaging, and candidate touchpoints. Support onboarding and early employee experience , ensuring new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and connected from day one. You Have 🔍 Proven experience (1- 2 years) in end-to-end recruitment roles, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth environments in the US talent market. Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. You're a clear and confident communicator, organized and proactive. You like to keep things running smoothly, spot problems early, and adapt quickly when things change. Comfort with digital tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS), you’re tech-savvy and organized. A passion for continuous learning and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Experience supporting and developing managers and teams will be a plus!
