An induction programme will run prior to January 2026, enabling the KS2 teacher to work with colleagues on curriculum mapping ahead of the spring term. Responsibilities Plan and deliver ambitious KS2 lessons with clear sequencing and challenge. Use assessment data to identify priorities and implement targeted support. Lead small-group teaching to close gaps and extend higher-attaining pupils. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and moderation. Maintain strong communication with families and support whole-school projects. Person specification Qualified teacher with proven experience in Key Stage 2 classrooms. Strong curriculum knowledge, confident planning skills and effective classroom management. Committed to professional development and to working within the Dulwich school community.
