The Opportunity & School Profile This Outstanding academy's Science department is a highly collaborative and energetic faculty dedicated to practical learning. They require a versatile ECT who is ready to inspire students across all disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics). The school provides excellent laboratory facilities and robust support, ensuring the new teacher can immediately focus on bringing scientific discovery to life in the classroom. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Interdisciplinary Investigator: Instructing Science (Combined) across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only. Lab Enthusiast: Driving high attainment by planning and delivering engaging practical work and fostering strong analytical and experimental skills. STEM Ambassador: Working closely with the Science Technician team, maintaining equipment, and contributing to after-school science clubs. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Candidate must hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in a Science subject. Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
