Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Stage Director: Instructing Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (iGCSE) only. Character Coach: Driving high attainment by fostering expressive performance skills, complex textual analysis, and understanding of theatrical conventions. Backstage Boss: Assisting with directing junior productions, coordinating lighting and sound, and managing the prop/costume departments.
