Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Maestro Conductor: Instructing Music across Key Stages 3, 4 (GCSE), and 5 (A-Level). Rhythm Keeper: Driving high attainment in instrumental, vocal, and compositional skills, ensuring rigorous and exciting curriculum delivery. Ensemble Director: Running extracurricular music ensembles, choirs, and supporting school performance events. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Relevant Degree in Music and QTS.
