The school needs an educator ready to explore texts from contemporary to classical, managing all aspects of theatrical production and performance development. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Stage Director: Instructing Drama across Key Stages 3, 4 (GCSE), and 5 (A-Level). Performance Coach: Driving high attainment by fostering expressive performance skills, complex textual analysis, and sophisticated understanding of theatrical conventions. Production Manager: Overseeing school productions, coordinating technical requirements, and managing student crews. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Relevant Degree in Drama or Theatre Studies and QTS. Experience teaching Drama to A-Level is essential.
