AI Strategist

Description Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context. Role Overview We’re looking for an AI Strategist to own the customer roadmap. You’ll work alongside our customers and help define and drive their AI strategy and Agent Deployment. In this role, you will: Drive and own long-term AI adoption within clients - translate vision and opportunities into roadmaps, with clearly defined use cases, success metrics, and implementation steps Partner with clients and C-level stakeholders to deeply understand their operations, data, and challenges - identifying high-impact opportunities for AI automation and implementation Shape a shared AI vision with clients that leverages Wonderful’s platform to drive measurable impact and uncover new opportunities - staying ahead of AI trends, tools, and model capabilities, and translating them into actionable recommendations Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to align needs and innovation with product capabilities and development priorities. Requirements 2-3 years at a strategy consulting firm Deep curiosity about AI, deep understanding of models & tools Strategic and structured thinker with a consulting, product, or data science background. Strong communicator - you can speak both tech and business Experienced in building frameworks, roadmaps, and client-facing strategies Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing complex client relationships
