Your Role As an SEN TA in Camden, your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assisting children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties Encouraging positive behaviour and self-regulation Supporting pupils in accessing the curriculum by adapting materials Helping children develop social skills, confidence, and independence Observing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress Assisting with transitions between activities or classrooms Supporting therapy sessions, sensory activities, or interventions Helping pupils with personal care needs when required You will also act as a consistent, positive adult presence, providing reassurance and guidance throughout the school day.
