About the position

RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and publish content (blog articles, news, research, showcases) in both ENG and VN across various digital platforms. Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. Assist in email marketing campaigns (EDM), including content creation, segmentation, and performance tracking. Support in website enhancement, including updating content, improving user experience, and ensuring SEO alignment. Perform research to find relevant content and trends suitable for our customer base. Prepare detailed promotional presentations and reports. Help with the planning and execution of marketing events. Assist in distributing marketing materials across digital and offline channels. Carry out administrative and data entry tasks while maintaining organized files for the marketing team. REQUIREMENTS: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing (EDM), and website management is a plus. Strong writing skills in both English and Vietnamese. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, WordPress, or similar platforms is an advantage. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
