About the position

Senior Manager – Mobile Engineering (Cross-Platform iOS & Android) Location: Ortigas, Pasig Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite) Role Summary: Leads the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications on iOS and Android. This hands-on leadership role ensures technical excellence, performance, and stability, while mentoring developers and driving agile delivery across cross-platform projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead development of cross-platform mobile applications with high performance and scalability. Conduct and enforce comprehensive code reviews for Swift/SwiftUI (iOS) and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose (Android). Mentor the mobile team, strengthening technical expertise and agile practices. Drive agile ceremonies and ensure sprint delivery aligns with business priorities. Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on technical strategy and mobile architecture. Identify and adopt emerging mobile technologies and best practices. Troubleshoot complex technical issues affecting performance or user experience. Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 9+ years in mobile application development (iOS & Android). Proven experience managing mobile teams in agile environments. Deep technical knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
