About the position

What youll do Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email . Assist clients with questions, product details, and troubleshooting. Record accurate and up-to-date information in internal CRM tools. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with every interaction. Ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through quality service. Meet performance targets in service, quality, and efficiency. Share feedback and contribute to process improvements. What makes you a great fit Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2 minimum) . Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles. Strong communication and active listening skills. Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented. Empathetic and professional with every customer. A true team player who collaborates and grows with colleagues.
