Key Responsibilities · Oversee room cleaning and maintenance procedures, ensuring adherence to hotel hygiene and cleanliness standards across all guest and public areas. · Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and shortages are avoided. · Effective scheduling and coordination of housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal coverage. · Training and development of new team members, fostering their skills to maintain high performance standards and service quality. · Undertaking additional related duties as required to support the overall needs and smooth functioning of the hotel. · Perform any other related duties, as required by the hotel. Requirements · Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star or luxury hotel. · Proven leadership and team coordination skills. · Strong understanding of health, hygiene, and safety protocols. · Excellent knowledge of cleaning practices and standards. · Knowledge of Greek and English language. · Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. · Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to interact courteously with guests when needed Company Offers · Fixed Term Contract (season 2026) · Career development opportunities. · Competitive salary based on experience. · Excellent working environment. · Accommodation and meals on all working days. · Transportation from/to staff houses.
