Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, target market, and competitive landscape - Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and improve existing products - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize product roadmap - Create and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and feature prioritization based on business objectives and customer needs - Lead product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery - Define and track key product metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions - Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and gather feedback for product enhancements - Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product offerings Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry - Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Proven experience in translating customer needs into product features and driving product strategy - Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment is a plus - Fluency in English is required, fluency in Thai is a plus Why Join Us?
