Program Officer (School Setting)

About the position

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the scholarship program from start to finish, including reviewing applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance. Identify and engage eligible candidates while coordinating with students, parents, and partner organizations. Conduct site visits, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare progress reports. Assist with budgeting, track expenditures, and support financial reporting for foundation activities. Support marketing, outreach, and fundraising efforts to boost program awareness and participation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills; able to work independently. Experience in education programs, nonprofit organizations, or foundations is preferred. Basic understanding of budgeting and financial procedures is an advantage. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and community development.
