Asst. Site Logistics Manager (F&B)

About the position

Set-up: Hybrid Location: Cebu Schedule: Morning Shift Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct, and oversee warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts. Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Coordinate with Utilities & Facilities Engineering teams and service providers to ensure the proper functioning of cold and dry storage areas, material-handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities. Monitor stock aging and identify materials nearing expiration to ensure timely and appropriate disposition. Ensure that all raw and packaging materials are received, handled, and stored in accordance with established guidelines and standards. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, preferably with exposure to Operations Management. At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in operations, preferably in inventory management or warehousing. Strong leadership skills, high integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, sound decision-making, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Willing to work in Danao, Cebu.
