About the job: SAP Fiori—Associate Consultant (Makati) | Hybrid Work Schedule: Morning Shift Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS. Work with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive Fiori apps. Consume and integrate OData services from SAP backend systems. Customize Fiori Launchpad, tiles, catalogs, and groups based on user roles and business needs. Support Fiori Elements and Smart Controls for rapid app development. Participate in unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization of Fiori apps. Collaborate with ABAP and BTP teams for end-to-end app delivery. Document technical specifications, test cases, and deployment procedures. Stay updated on SAP UX strategy, Fiori 3.0, and SAP BTP innovations. Required Skills & Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development. Hands-on experience with: SAPUI5 framework Fiori Launchpad configuration OData service integration Responsive design and UX principles Basic understanding of SAP Gateway, CDS views, and ABAP on Cloud. Familiarity with Git, BAS (Business Application Studio), and DevOps tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Fiori or SAPUI5 Certification. Exposure to SAP BTP, CAP, or SAP Build Work Zone. Experience with mobile optimization and accessibility standards. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
